Your AI makes the phone calls for you

Tell Assindo who to call and what you need. It books the appointment, calls the business, waits on hold and gets past the phone menu, then sends you the result.

Launch price: plans from $9.99/month, 50% off. Free trial: 3 days monthly (not on Personal), 7 days yearly.

Live transcript: Assindo gets through a billing phone menu and asks to keep the $65 internet plan

How it works

Hate making phone calls? Hand them off in three steps

  1. 1

    Say what you need

Type or say it in the app or your browser: who to call and what you want. No number? Ask for “a plumber near me” and Assindo finds one.

  2. 2

    Your assistant makes the call

It calls during business hours, introduces itself as your assistant, presses the right menu options, waits on hold and talks to the person who picks up.

  3. 3

    Get the result

You get a notification with a short summary of what was agreed and the full call transcript. If something needs your decision, it asks you in the chat.

Examples

Calls people hand to Assindo

  • Reschedule an appointment

“Move my Thursday haircut to any afternoon next week.”

Your assistant calls the salon, finds a slot that works and confirms it, then tells you the new time.

  • Wait on hold for you

“Call my internet provider about the outage and stay on hold until someone answers.”

It sits through the hold music and the phone menu, explains the problem and reports back what they said.

  • Check hours or availability

“Call the bakery on Main Street and ask if they can do a cake for 12 by Saturday.”

One question, one call, and the answer lands in your app, so you do not have to dial at all.

  • Book a table or a service

“Book a table for two at Italian Bistro on Saturday at 7 PM.”

Restaurants, garages, electricians, cleaners: it books the time you asked for or comes back with the closest option.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Who does the business hear?

Your assistant (for example Elena) introduces itself and says it is calling for you, then explains why it is calling. If someone asks whether it is a person or an AI, it answers honestly.

Can it really wait on hold and get through phone menus?

Yes. It listens to the menu, presses the right options and stays on the line through hold queues. Time on the call, including hold time, counts toward your plan's outgoing hours.

When will it call?

Right away during business hours, or at a time you choose (“call them tomorrow at 10 AM”). It does not redial someone who declined, and it only shares the details you gave it.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $9.99/month with 1 hour of outgoing calls, up to 6 hours on Business, and every plan answers your incoming calls too. Prices are launch prices, 50% off the regular price. Free trial on every plan except Personal monthly: 3 days on monthly, 7 days on yearly.
