What can Claude or Muse do with Assindo?

Exactly what you can do in the app: give your Assindo assistant a task (a phone call, a post on X or LinkedIn, something at a set time, or research), check a task's status and call summary, and send your assistant a message.

Does the AI app dial the number itself?

No. It hands the job to Assindo, and Assindo's own assistant places the call with the same rules as the app: business hours only, no redialing someone who declined, information-only when that is all you asked for, and your plan's limits.

Do I need an Assindo account?

Yes. You sign in with your Assindo account (Google, Apple or email) when you connect, and calls use your plan's minutes. There is no extra charge for using the connector.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI apps use outside tools. Assindo's MCP server is https://mcp.assindo.com/mcp and is listed in the official MCP Registry as com.assindo/assindo.

Which other AI apps work?

Claude, Meta Muse and OpenClaw. Other apps that support remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in can use the same address.

Do I keep my own phone number?

Yes. You turn on call forwarding so the calls you don't pick up go to your assistant. The app dials the carrier code for you in a few taps, and you can turn it off at any time.

Who does the business hear when Assindo calls?

Your assistant (for example Elena or Liam) introduces itself and says it is calling for you, then explains why it is calling. If someone asks whether it is a person or an AI, it answers honestly. You can add information mid-call or join the call yourself.

Does Assindo require any technical setup?

No. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, or use it in your browser. No servers, no Docker, no API keys, no terminal.
