Airbnb's help page gives one number, +1-415-800-5959, and no hours. It also leads with messaging and chat. That page is the one to trust: other sites list other numbers for Airbnb, including one that differs from Airbnb's own page.
Airbnb Phone Numbers We Checked
| Line | Number | Hours | Where we found it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Support | +1-415-800-5959 | Not listed | Airbnb's page |
Checked on November 2, 2026, starting from Airbnb's contact page. "Not confirmed" means we could not find that number or those hours on a Airbnb page we read, so check before relying on it.
Getting Past the Menu
Reported by GetHuman, not by Airbnb, and for a different number from the one above (855-424-7262): press 0# when asked for your account phone number, then press 1. GetHuman's sample shows an average hold of about 3 minutes. We would start with Airbnb's own number.
What to Know Before You Call
Airbnb's page has a useful safety rule: if someone calls claiming to be Airbnb and you have concerns, hang up and call back on +1-415-800-5959. An agent may also ask for permission to access your account, and the page says you can decline.
Options Without Calling
Airbnb's help page offers messaging and chat as well as the phone line.
Have an AI Make the Call
Assindo is an AI phone assistant. It dials, works through the menu, waits on hold and talks to whoever answers, then sends you a written summary and the transcript. You could tell it:
Call Airbnb on +1-415-800-5959 and ask what my refund options are for reservation [code] under its cancellation policy. Do not cancel anything. Tell me what they said.Limits matter here. Assindo says it is an AI calling for you, and it cannot pass an identity check that needs your voice or a code only you can see. An agent may also decline to discuss your account with an assistant. If that happens, the summary tells you what they asked for, and you take it from there. Assindo is not affiliated with Airbnb.
