Reported by GetHuman (updated 2026-10-31), not by UPS: choose to report a problem with a shipment, say "Shipment", enter your tracking number or press 0#, then say "Customer Service" twice. GetHuman's sample shows an average hold of about 2.5 minutes.

Don't trust a page that says UPS phones are always open. On UPS's own page, the 24/7 hours belong to the international line only.
